Why should I participate in the 40 Days program?

This program is designed to “disrupt the drift”. We all have stale patterns of relating, of behavior, and most importantly, the way we think about ourselves.

This program is like no other, as it will forge a path for you to travel towards a whole new perception of how you show up in the world and how you relate to the people around you. What are you telling yourself daily that is holding you back?

Enter 40 days of asana, meditation and inquiry…the book is your guide for all 3 and is required reading for the program!

Many past participants repeat the program. Each time, new truths are revealed.

Is this program unique to Cleveland Yoga?

No! The 40 days program is a hallmark program for Baptiste Affiliate studios all around the WORLD. When you join this program you are joining a global community of participants like you!

Cleveland Yoga was actually one of the FIRST studios to offer the program many years ago.

Am I allowed to miss a meeting?

While we certainly recommend attending every meeting to get the most out of the program, we will be recording meetings so that you can catch up on what you missed.

I am worried about the physical commitment; can I do this program if I’m brand new to yoga or meditation?

Yes! This program starts small (20-minute yoga practices) and slowly builds in length so your body has a chance to adjust. You have the support of your 40 days community to guide you through the demands of a daily practice. You are ready now!

Don’t have a solid meditation practice? No worries, you are not alone. Discover new tools in this 40 days program to build your own personal meditation practice and experience the benefits of a regular practice.

I heard about the Fruit Cleanse, what is that all about?

The program prescribes a 3-day Fruit Feast in the middle of the program as an opportunity to reset and be mindful about what you put in your body. If eating only fruit for 3 days does not align with current dietary restrictions you have, we invite you to create your own 3-day challenge to partake in for those 3-days (no dairy, no grains, all juice, for example).

Do I need to buy/borrow the book?

Yes. This program has required reading each week from Baron Baptiste’s book, “40 Days to a Personal Revolution.” It’s a book you will refer back to again and again!

What if I can’t make it to the first kickoff meeting?

The first group meeting is designed to be a foundational session to prepare you to begin the program powerfully and informed. If you cannot attend, please reach out to Lissa, and she will help get you started.

Can I do a home yoga practice or do I have to practice at the studio?

The book will guide you if you prefer a home practice or if your schedule requires it.

We are offering a pricing option that includes unlimited yoga for the duration of the program for $199 (program only is $99). If you prefer to practice in a community setting, please join us at the studio or streaming!

If you already have a membership for yoga at CY Little Italy, purchase the $99 option for program only. If you are a passholder (5, 10, 25) you may use your passes during the program or elect for our unlimited yoga pricing $199.

Our introductory meeting is January 31st from 4:30-6pm via Zoom. Meetings follow weekly through March 7th 4:30-5:30. Our final celebration and practice is March 14th 4:30-6pm. All meetings are virtual.
